Finally, i got a chance to have a catch up with Gavid last night! Thanks him so0o0o much for bringing me to Uncle Jang for the very first time to enjoy an awesome dinner night =) Gavid is the regular customer in Uncle Jang, but i still felt so surprised about his " close" relationship with them..keke..dun get me wrong..i say so because last night after we sat down and ready for ordered, Auntie Jang came to us and started to talk with Gavid for " quite a periods of time" ! So i kept smiling and sat down in the corner quietly to scan through the menu while listening their conversation.
Dun miss out Uncle Jang's speciality " Dak- Galbi"! Unlike the usual Korean Restaurants, Uncle Jang serves the special Dak- Galbi which is a popular South Korean dish( *Uncle Jang is also came from Busan..haha) generally made by stir-frying marinated diced chicken in chili pepper paste based on ingredients of sauce, sliced cabbage, sweet potato, scallions and rice cake together on a huge hot plate, that we so called" Zakbalang"..haha

You'll have to order a minimum of two portion, either spicy or non-spicy. Since Gavid can't eat spicy, my tolerant level for spicy is also limited, therefore we decided to go with the non-spicy flavour. Besides, Gavid ordered a Pork Gulgogi for me to try. It's savory and sweet! The pork meal taste like my mommy-cooked which i do have this very often at home =)

Personally, i was flattered by their warm reception. The waiters in Uncle Jang are super friendly and nice! While Gavid and me were having our Dak-Galbi dishes, they all came around us and talked to us though they can't speak English very fluently. I did really enjoy my dinner night in Uncle Jang =)
